BAYBAY CITY – The Office of the Civil Defense Region 8 has ordered the search, rescue and retrieval operation stopped in two barangays here on Tuesday due to geological and health hazards. OCD-8 Regional Director Lord Byron Torrecarion said the search and rescue operations in Barangays Bunga and Ma
