PETALING JAYA, Jan 12 The Raja Permaisuri Agong Tunku Azizah Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah is proving that it is never too late to learn a new skill.
The Queen took to Instagram to share a snapshot of her newly-bought violin, saying she plans to learn to play the classical instrument through YouTube.
With the movement control order starting at midnight on Wednesday, it looks like Tunku Azizah has found the perfect lockdown activity.
PETALING JAYA: When rock icon Amy, formerly of Search, found out that his idol Tun Dr Siti Hasmah Mohd Ali was staying at the same hotel in Langkawi, he did not miss the chance to serenade the 95-year-old with a rendition of “Isabella”.
The nonagerian sat beside him and attentively listened to the crooning of the rock singer, garnering much applause from fellow Instagrammers with over 4,000 likes as of noon on Thursday (Dec 31).
In an Instagram post, Amy said that he was having breakfast at a hotel in Langkawi when he heard Dr Siti Hasmah was also there. He asked the person who was caring for her if he could meet her.
