Center City Sips returns each Wednesday from 5 to 7 p.m. this summer from June 7 through Aug. 30 with $7 cocktails, $6 glasses of wine, $5 beers and half-price appetizers at 65 bars and restaurants in Philadelphia. This year, 13 neighborhood retailers like Brooklinen, Barry's Bootcamp and SoulCycle will offer 20% off discounts on merchandise and fitness classes every Wednesday.
