It s been about a week now since the couple opened the doors to their café after moving from Key West in November. The Coffee House, like the one they had in Key West, is filled with paintings created by the couple, and Theo has a real estate office in the house ― hence the name.
The house was built more than 100 years ago. It has a wraparound porch with a swing and other furniture so people can relax and look at the lawn and the bustle of San Marco Avenue. Inside, guests are met with a greeting from the couple, a warm, uplifting atmosphere and a setting with books, games and plenty of places to sit and chat.
