KUWAIT CITY, May 10: Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health Dr. Mustafa Reda addressed the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Social Affairs Abdulaziz Shuaib regarding the reopening of private nurseries and schools for people with special needs, reports Al-Qabas daily. In the letter, Dr. Reda explained that the resumption of nurseries is the prerogative of the Cabinet’s COVID-19 Emergency Committee.
