PRESS RELEASE Open Letter to the Permanent Representations of the Member States to the EU and to the Members of the Single Sky Committee Brussels,(MOREL)- Dear Sir/Madam, As you are aware, the Single Sky Committee has been discussing the third Reference Period (RP3) target revision, due to the COVID-19 pandemic and its effects on the aviation sector. Since the European Commission has been unable to set any acceptable proposals for the majority of the Member States in SSC 78 or at the Informal SSC held on the 16th April 2021, these issues will now be discussed and decided at the Appeal Committee stage.
