Two were injured. Parkland, at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, 17 killed and 17 injured. The death and casualty toll was simply unbelievable, quite honestly. I grew up in the 50s and 60s. Neil armstrong and buzz aldrin were in their spaceship in the lunar module and they were getting ready to fly from the lunar orbit around the moon to Tranquility Base to the surface.
