Andy Abraham: The ‘singing binman’ returns for Eurovision “When I went on my rounds, people were telling me it is great I m working which made me feel good about myself. I was proud to be contributing and helping the community at such a difficult time.” X FACTOR star Andy Abraham has returned to his job as a binman after the pandemic brought the entertainment industry to a close. Abraham, was dubbed the ‘Singing Binman’ during his time on the ITV talent show and was a favourite with the public. The singer, finished as runner-up in 2005, behind winner, Shayne Ward. Abraham vowed judges with his soulful voice and charisma.
