Singer-songwriter Chelsea Cutler took center stage as THON s 2022 surprise headliner Friday night, but her performance carried some mixed reactions from Penn State students in attendance.
"You might feel like this is normal. But from an outside perspective, I've never seen anything like this. I hope you guys are so proud. This is really, really special."
