Falcon Rising. Kato also stars as “Reiko- The Samurai” in the action flick
Atomic Eden, directed by Nico Sentner and featuring Fred “The Hammer” Williamson, Mike Moller, and Lorenzo Lamas, which is now available on various digital platforms (check out the
Atomic Eden Facebook page here for more info). In this interview, Kato talks with this writer about making
Atomic Eden, working with the cast and crew, how she got into the martial arts, and more.
Atomic Eden?
Sin Reaper before
Atomic Eden. We were chatting on set and I mentioned to him that I had been training in martial arts for years, and that’s when he told me about this project and offered me the part. I was really excited and grateful for this opportunity and it was perfect timing!
Atomic Eden titled
Nico Sentner: The title
Nazi Doomsday Device was used only in the UK to meet the tastes of the British audience. It was our UK distribution partner who changed the title in the first place. I never liked the UK release title. Everywhere else in the world the film has always been called
Atomic Eden at all times. Now with the wide VOD release in the United States and the global VOD rollout, the UK changed the title back to its original title
Atomic Eden as part of the global release strategy and I’m very happy with it.
