lived a similar life to the duggars. you say both josh duggar s actions and how this family responded could have been predicted. why do you say that? i believe that the family particularly jimbob and michelle duggar were following what they consider to be biblical principles in dealing with this sort of situation. rather than seeing it as a crime and looking at it you know according to the law, or according to therapy and the sort of secular discipline they re going to see it through spiritual eyes. they re going to see it as a sin problem that has to be dealt, with the heart and, you know, before god. and so that s what they re going to do. so what are the spiritual principles. you say they re looking at it through spiritual principles. what does that mean? what principles? according to the duggar family and this is a very common teaching within this quiverful movement. god has these channels of
you know, what s it going to take for us to sit down and really work on these problems? first of all i think there is great hope. i said the gospel gives us hope. it gives mankind hope. i have seen people join together. i have seen pastors in these communities. i have seen community leaders join hands. i have seen and heard myself from people in the police force who don t have these same feelings who aren t a part of the brutality who want those things to change. so while it may change and we are watching it on tv and nothing positive happening i m encouraged that there really are people out there who are trying to make a change. and as soon as we understand that we all have this capability to do these things and we address our sin problem i believe we will be able to move forward as a country. you know, you as an nfl player and been such a good role model on, this do you have any idea how far this last post has gotten, the reach of it? i don t know, honestly, greta, it s really
