KILMACOLM Primary children were walking in a winter wonderland as the magic of the festive season was sprinkled around the village. The hard-working team at the primary school worked within the restrictions, lockdowns and Covid-19 to bring the festivities alive. Santa and his reindeers visited, a grotto was set up and Duchal Woods was transformed into a festive treat. Children enjoyed fire-pit parties, a winter wonderland experience and festive films. But the youngsters spread the joy around as they filmed special Christmas treats for other classes, sent greetings cards to sheltered housing residents and wore Christmas jumpers in aid of Inverclyde Foodbank.
