ASIC chairman James Shipton might have returned to the regulator this week, but the other person caught up in the expenses furore â Daniel Crennan, QC â has well and truly moved on.
After the report by Dr Vivienne Thom that cleared Shipton and his former deputy chairman (enforcement) of any wrongdoing was released last week, Crennan rightly puffed out his chest and said, âI told you soâ (our words not his).
