Court digest: Charges stayed due to witness issues Back to video They found and arrested Thomas Hangyasi, 42, and Alexandra Prime, 28, both of Brant County, charging each of them with intimidation, forcible confinement, using a firearm while committing an offence, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, and possession of a gun knowing the serial number had been tampered with. Hangyasi was also charged with disobeying a court order and failing to comply with two undertakings.
