Hornsby, who lives in the Forest Park area, in the 1300 block of Fairview Avenue, has been charged with possession of controlled substances with intent to deliver, aggravated resisting arrest, aggravated battery to a peace officer, obstructing a peace officer, possession of marijuana and driving while license revoked.
