A warning has been issued about the dangers of the viral silhouette challenge. The trend was originally all about empowerment, embracing your body and feeling confident in your own skin, but it has since taken a dark turn.
In the videos, people stand in a dimly lit doorway (usually wearing a tight outfit, underwear or nothing at all) and use a filter to leave just their silhouette in the shot.
