It gets attached to your stem, saving up space on your handlebar. The titanium mount is light but also extremely strong and corrosion-resistant. According to the company, the aerodynamic design and materials of the Mensola make it six to 12 times stronger than conventional mounts made of aluminum and also 10 to 15 percent lighter. Depending on the size you opt for, your Mensola mount can weigh between 27 to 35 grams (0.9 to 1.2 oz).
