Thousands of businesses and their employees across New Jersey are at a crossroads. Many have been working remotely or at least partly remotely for the last year and now face the prospect of returning to the workplace in the coming months.
But what does that mean, and how do businesses best navigate that new path?
NJ Spotlight News on Wednesday hosted its latest virtual roundtable on the topic, and brought together business and health leaders to talk about the challenges and the opportunities.
After a year of virtual classes and graduations due to the COVID pandemic, colleges in the Morris County area are finding new ways to bring commencements back to campus next month
St. Elizabeth, Centenary, Drew and Fairleigh Dickinson universities are opting for “modified in-person graduations with limited guest capacity and other COVID-related restrictions. County College of Morris will take it a step further, essentially handing out diplomas by appointment. After last year s, albeit very successful and well-received, virtual commencement, we wanted to give students the opportunity to once again walk across the stage, said St. Elizabeth spokesperson Denise Panyik-Dale.
