Give us the shorthand version of legally, how we arrived at this point. Katie to understand this case, we have to go back in time a little bit to 2012 and then 2017. If folks remember back to 2012, that was the first time the Supreme Court upheld the Affordable Care act. Chief Justice John Roberts held that the individual mandate could not be sustained under the commerce clause, but it could be sustained as a tax. It walks, talks, cracked like attacks.
