Signature Global on Wednesday launched its initial public offer (IPO) to raise Rs 730 crore, which will be used mainly for debt reduction and business expansion.
While today is the last day of bidding for Yatra Online IPO, Sai Silks and Signature Global public offers opened today. The IPO of Sai Silks (Kalamandir) was subscribed just 4% so far on the first day of the bidding process. While the retail category was subscribed 7%, the NII part was booked only 2%. There were no bids yet in the QIB portion.
Signature Global IPO | Global names like Nomura Trust, Eastspring Investments, Lion Global Investment Funds, Troo Capital, Segantii India Mauritius, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs and Copthall Mauritius Investments participated in the anchor book.
The company s sales (net of cancellation) have grown at a CAGR of 42.46% from FY21 to FY23. As of March 2023, it has sold 25,089 residential units with an average selling price of Rs 30.6 lakh per unit.
