my brother byron, he asked me several times to help him to come to the u.s. and the reason we always denied it was that, you know, we were scared of something, you know, could have happened, would have happened to him. and we didn t want him to go through that. we wanted him to stay with our parents and just avoid all of that. we are a young country. we are the country of immigrants. our relatives, our grandparents, great grandparents all dreamed of a better life coming to america. that s what these people are doing. they cannot figure out a way to get in legally. they want to work and they want the same things we do. they would have people loaded at the siding nearest to the checkpoint and then arranging for the people to be removed at the next siding north of the checkpoint.
