Santa flew around the hospital in a helicopter, waving to everyone in the UVM Medical Center, before heading inside to pass out toys that he picked up here in our region.
Scott said his office has reached out to the Postal Service to offer both short and long-term options to resume operations, but said the Postal Service hasn't expressed interest in any of the solutions put forth by his administration.
