BILLINGS â Areas of showers will gradually wind down during the evening and overnight hours and leave some areas slippery.
Much of the region has picked up sprinkles and showers throughout Thursday with the heaviest totals expected east of Billings. From there, Sheridan, Wyoming to Miles City and Baker, 1 to 2 inches of snow with pockets of heavier accumulations is possible.
Slushy or wet roads and sidewalks could freeze through early Friday. Be careful!
With the system stalled in southeast Montana, a chance for light snow or a rain/snow mix through the first half of the day is possible. Otherwise expect partial clearing from west to east starting Thursday night through Friday night.
