SILPRA president Elma Pena said in an interview Monday that in the past three weeks, they were not able to ship out hogs to Luzon area due to lack of orders from Luzon including in Batangas province. "Before, we used to ship out 800 to 1,200 heads of hogs per shipment," she said.
