据悉，补水期间，永定河公司朔州分公司配合地方水务主管部门，安排人员对河道引水情况开展巡视，对取水口位置、取水口现状、田间灌水情况等进行实地查看，发现问题及时处理，对重大问题及时上报公司和当地水务主管部门，确保河道安全。
得益于生态补水，永定河生态基流得到保障，河道过水时间显著增长，有效缓解了沿线地下水超采状况，沿线生态环境显著改善，重现河畅水清岸绿景美的画面。2021年秋季生态补水预计10月1日开始。
记者从永定河流域投资有限公司获悉，为配合水利部黄河水利委员会2021年汛前黄河调水调沙工作，引黄北干线1#洞日前停止补水。历时6个月的引黄工程向永定河春季生态补水顺利结束，累计向永定河生态补水1.29亿立方米。
