We learned in June that it had been pushed back to an April 2021 release with a firmer date to come much later. That recently some clarity as the film has been set for an April 16th, 2021 debut for it where it’s getting released in 22 countries worldwide.

Evangelion film at the box office, Australian distributor Madman Entertainment has picked up the theatrical exhibition rights to it with plans for what looks to be a May 13th, 2021 debut at several locations.
