I never misused my position for any personal gains. I am perhaps the only person who did not own any land either at Kilinochchi or anywhere else although my association with Kilinochchi lasts over half a century.

With the date fast approaching for the American sponsored resolution to be taken up at the Human Rights Council in Geneva for discussion and voting, I hasten to write to you my suggestions to save the Country from facing any embarrassment and to prevent its name going down in the Country’s history as a condemned one. i am neither a foreteller nor a soothsayer but one having the interest of the country and its people at heart. I do not want to dig into the past and wound my heart more, but you are not unaware of the positive stand
