THE DAD of a baby who died at Telford Hospital said the trust should hang their heads in shame , after a report into the scandal called for immediate action.
Richard Stanton and Rhiannon Davies lost their baby girl Kate hours after she was born with anaemia in March 2009.

The inquiry into Kate s death and others, as well as allegations of poor care at Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust (SaTH) was set up in 2017, and is now looking at cases involving 1,862 families.
