correct? sure. there are e-mails they were initiated she wanted a one-week delay. she is had nine months. what you don t see are the telephone conversations between staff and her attorney. we fully expected her to testify. that was not a show hearing. she comes in and she takes the 5th amendment. her lawyer interestingly enough wasn t there an agreement she would testify, he says there s no pos i wanted that ms. learner would be given a fair opportunity to speak or tell the truth. that is their excuse for her taking the 5th. does that make sense to you? no, that is laughable. she talked to the department of justice with one group that can actually put her in jail and she talked to them without immunity and without any conditions but not a washed up former group of
i m too old not to remember that stuff. but let me ask you this. that guy, let s not forget his providence. he was the guy on this show not too long ago who said i will not say the president was legitimately elected president. i gave him three shots at that baby, and he wouldn t do it. he s also illegitimate. i don t know if you can impeach a guy that was not there legitimately. and he is on record now saying that the house would vote to impeach this president if they were allowed to have this vote, and he said what else can we do? what s our remedy? well, there really isn t one. so they can have one of these show hearing. yeah, it s an impeachment hearing. they re stymied by the lack of facts? well, you can win an election, you didn t do that last year. they lost the fight on the default and the budget showdown. you take them to court. that s not going to work. let s stop for a second.
audience, it s the president. but it s never mr. romney. why is that? well, keep in mind romney started this whole thing. right after the event happened, he came on the air and before really giving any condolences for the loss of lives, he was accusing the president of making a bad statement which was made by the egyptian embassy as though you couldn t promote the first amendment and defend religious freedom. they set up what was essentially a show hearing where they didn t consult with democrats. there was no effort to get information and do an investigation but they had the show hearing that was added to with a little drama because they sent a single member of congress, jason chaffetz, to libya to do basically a touchdown and suggest that was an investigation. so this was cooked up. then the next thing, they made
national security, homeland defense and operations. congress wasn t in session and doesn t seem like a show hearing. if i said we got an election here, we can t dive into this, we got people that are dead. you have an administration that did not come clean on response to this they budge approximatelied their answer. this is not the easiest thing, fog of war is fog of war. remember in the hearing, the person, charlene lamb testified, she said that they were witnessing this virtually in realtime and that literally, weeks later, people saying we didn t know, it was the fog. i assume i will see you in hofstra in the spin room. i may be in the neighborhood. yes. thanks for coming in. a big change at the top at citigroup.
