was going to happen. none. you can t hold cbs accountable and that was the final ruling. final ruling is cbs wins. fined 550,000 bucks by the sec. it s arbitrary how you go after different broadcasters for different things. you haven t ordinarily been doing that how would we know if we had that inadvertent slip up that we were going to get penalized like that the fec says you knew. no. you knew we would go after you if something like that happened. cbs said no, you hadn t been enforcing it. you had been very lax on broadcasters and they ultimately did win cbs for that reason. bill: if the fec could prove that cbs new ahead of time and that was part of the show shouldn t fine them 500,000 should have been 5 million. that didn t happen. bill: live show to d. it for publicity. the best publicity they could have asked for here we are are all these years later still talking about it.
