SRINAGAR: A causal labourer, who along with a forester was shot at by militants, succumbed to his injuries on Wednesday, officials said. An official said that a casual labourer identified as Imran Yousuf Wani of Charar-e-Sharief succumbed to his injuries at SMHS hospital.
