Adorable footage has captured the moment an excited police dog makes friends with a pair of dolphins.  PD Mako of the Western Australia Police Force was at Swan River watching the playful sea mammals on Wednesday.  The curious dog looked on at the dolphins as they swam back and forth while Mako followed them on the river bank.  PD Mako was at Swan River watching the playful sea mammals on Wednesday (pictured) Mako would occasionally lean in, hoping to get closer to the marine creatures as they matched his movements, much to the dog s delight.  The name Mako means shark in Maori and is also the name of two shark species, the Shortfin Mako and the Longfin Mako.
