Connecticut’s colleges and universities are planning to fully reopen for in-person learning this fall, school leaders announced Monday. But Gov. Ned Lamont maintains that for now the state will not require students to get vaccinated for COVID-19 before returning to campus. During a news conference with public and private school leaders in New Haven, Lamont said he wants all students and staff to get vaccinated and that he is sending mobile vaccine clinics to campuses to help them do so.
