The reporter mark and vanessa, we have been working on this case for months, after we received a tip, and tonight, we can tell you, 57yearold Robert Mcneal of pembroke is facing several charges, multiple counts, of indecent assault and battery on a disabled person. According to the occurred over the last two years. According to court documents, that fox 25 investigates obtained, mcneal was working for care well adult Day Wellness Center, when the alleged incidents occurred. The state police began their investigation back in july, and the crimes allegedly date back to 2014, involving patients ranging in age from their 60s to their 80s. Court documents revealed mcneal is a veteran, and worked for care well transporting elderly and disabled patients to and from hes now facing charges out of hingham and Plymou
