According to the occurred over the last two years. According to court documents, that fox 25 investigates obtained, mcneal was working for care well adult Day Wellness Center, when the alleged incidents occurred. The state police began their investigation back in july, and the crimes allegedly date back to 2014, involving patients ranging in age from their 60s to their 80s. Court documents revealed mcneal is a veteran, and worked for care well transporting elderly and disabled patients to and from hes now facing charges out of hingham and Plymouth District court. We did reach out to care well for comment, but we have not heard back from them. As we understand from state police, mcneal is it no longer working for that company. The reporter fox 25 investigates has been pressing for answers from the mbta and its Commuter Rail contractor, keolis, on how much money was stolen from taxpayers. Fox 25 first reported yesterday, keolis held disciplinary hearings last week for the workers accused of cheating on time sheets. Today, keolis officials told discovered irregular attendance and violations of the companys time card practices by a group of Commuter Rail workers in the mechanical department. Nine commute irrail employees were maced on leave after an internal investigation. Six of those workers have been fired, and final decisions are pending for the other three employees, according to keolis. Now, in a statement to fox 25, keolis said in part, the actions of these individuals not only violated keolis standards of ethics for its employees, but undermines the trust placed in taxpayers of the commonwealth of massachusetts and mbta taxpayers, and the commonwealth will not be tolerated. The mbta and keolis still have not detailed the cost to taxpayers, keolis official told fox 25 investigates, it is difficult to calculate losses from time card fraud. As the september 11th anniversary approaches, that son is keeping his dads memory alive with a very special tribute. He spoke to our Stephanie Coueignoux about what hes doing and how he hopes it makes his dad proud. Means a lot to me. And you know, a note that your father would be proud is means a lot. I like to think that im doing just that. The reporter for peter, by creating the phil gouza Memorial Scholarship foundation, his fathers memory lives on. Peter was a junior in college when his father was killed on september 11th, 2001. He was working in the south twin tower. After the first plane struck, and said, you know, im up here, crazy accident at the tower next door, and from the 105th floor, he was actually looking down at what occurred. And he said, well, back to work. And that was his work ethic. The reporter now living in North Andover with his family, peter remembers his father, as someone who loved math, which is why his Foundation Gives scholarships to students looking to pursue a degree in math or science. To raise money for the foundation, peteril arizona later this month, to run 100 miles in 30 hours. Im very excited about it and im confident that when im tired in the middle of the night, 80 miles into this event, ill be thinking about my dad and ill be encouraged to move forward and get to the finish line. The reporter a father himself, peter hopes to share the significance of whats happened 15 years ago. And the memories he has of his them to ground zero. I think it was as close as were going to get to introducing, you know, them to their grandpa phil. I think its important for them to realize that legacy.
