Lagos to host shopping festival with spice of entertainment

The Honourable Commissioner for Tourism, Arts and Culture,  Toke Benson-Awoyinka disclosed this during the visit of a delegation from the organisers of the planned Lagos Shopping Festival to the Ministry on Tuesday, adding that she is excited and anticipatory of the good development.
