1630 Crownsville Rd., Crownsville, MD 21032. A mailbox for letters to Santa, light-up Grinch and Snoopy characters round out this display. People can drive up the driveway (stay to the right and follow it around back down the hill). For the 2nd year, we have a Letters for Santa mailbox where children can drop off their letters and receive a personalized letter in return, homeowner Cindy Loftus told Patch. This year I m at almost 100 received. I will be accepting letters until Dec. 19, then the mailbox will be taken away until next year.
