harris faulkner with emily compagno, kayleigh mcenany, board certified radiologist and fox news dr. nicole saphier and here for the very first time kevin o leary, chairman of o leary adventures and we could mike look forward to knowing him this hour. the police identified the shooter audrey hale a former school at the school. and identified as transgender. we are learning she was armed with two assault style weapons and a handgun. they found detailed map of the school along with hale s manifesto although the fbi yet to reveal the contents of that manifesto. chilling images show audrey hale lasting through a side door of the school just after 10:00 a.m. local time yesterday morning and then roaming through the hallways well opening fire. it lasted 14 minutes and ended when two quick effective police officers took her out. these are new images from body cam video showing seconds leading up to the moment when the police shot her. you see the officers with guns drawn entering the
dead, a male adult. three others have been rushed to area hospitals. they have suffered serious injuries, non-life-threatening. the gunman has not been identified and is on the run. police are asking for any help in identifying the suspect. not even clear yet if that suspect was driving or if that suspect was on foot. the police did just reveal in that press conference they believe the individuals shot were targeted but they don t know why. what led them to believe that is the funeral was happening, and it was just being let out at 12:17 p.m. locally, and these individuals appeared to the police to have been targeted. that presser is happening right now, they are taking questions. let s dip in and listen here. people who do these types of crimes. they need to be ultimately held accountable for their actions and we need to work hard in order to get us there. it s unfortunate someone so brazen to do such an act, let alone at a funeral. i mean, how low can you be of a human be
thank you. top of a brand new hour on cnn newsroom. good to have you. i m victor blackwell. and i m alisyn camerota. happening now, former trump add v adviser peter navarro is in court. he refused to cooperate with the investigation, and was arrested by the fbi earlier today. cnn s senior legal affairs correspondent paula reid is on this story. so let s start by just reminding everyone of the information that navarro has that the committee wants and how investigators got to this indictment. well, victor, navarro was subpoenaed by the house select committee investigating january 6th. back in february, they specifically requested testimony and documents related to plans he was hatching with another trump adviser, steve bannon to delay the certification of the election results. navarro has been very public about his efforts to undermine the outcome of the 2020 election. he even wrote about this plan in a book that he published not too long ago. he refers to the plan as
