SHELBYVILLE, TN - Shelbyville Detectives have officially identified the skeletal remains discovered on November 25, 2023, in the wooded area between Shoma Park and Blue Ribbon Parkway. Police say the remains are those of Sam Avery Wilhoite, a Shelbyville resident.
