A Tulsa church gave away millions of dollars to people and organizations in need last weekend.
Buying out an entire sneaker store to go to a Tulsa boys home was just part of $3.5 million Transformation Church gave out this weekend to people in need.
$65,000 worth of shoes were all stacked up at Silhouette Sneakers and Art and they re all sold. I didn t believe him. I was like, am I being punked? said Venita Cooper.
Store owner Venita Cooper said Pastor Mike Todd from Transformation Church stopped by to purchase all 186 pairs of high-end sneakers. We re now giving them to the Tulsa boys home to take exclusive shoes and give them to people that may not ever have the chance to own something like that, said Todd.
