National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has diverted traffic between Mahipalpur & Rajokari on NH 48 for 500 meters in Delhi-National Capital Region to facilitate the construction of the Dwarka Expressway, a release said.
Massive Traffic jams were witnessed on the Delhi Gurugram road as one carriageway on the road has now been closed due to repair works. The Delhi-Gurgaon Road witnessed heavy traffic on Day 1 of road closure and Delhi Police said it received several calls on its helpline about heavy traffic in the area.
This came after a traffic advisory by the police on Monday about the diversions in connection with the 90-day closure of a section of the Delhi-Jaipur Highway
