REDDING, Calif. – Replica handguns have caused issues for Redding police on Friday and Saturday resulting in two separate arrests
Action News Now reporter Ana Torrea went to the scene of a police standoff Saturday afternoon in Redding near Placer and Pleasant Streets, which resulted in an arrest for possession of a replica handgun.
