The spring 2018 anime series
Megalobox begat the spring 2021 second series and it’s getting its home video releases handled by Bandai Visual. The first season saw them done as three collections priced at 13,000 yen each but this second season is going for one big box set for the full thirteen-episode run. It’s set for a July 28th, 2021 debut where it’ll be priced at 35,000 yen. After getting the main covers recently, we now have a look at the full spread for it that looks great!
The series was directed by You Moriyama with scripts coming from Katsuhiko Manabe and Kensaku Kojima. It was animated at TMS Entertainment.

The spring 2018 anime series
Megalobox is has come and gone but we learned in November 2019 that a second season was coming. The new season is going under the name
Megalobox 2: Nomad and we learned previously that Ayumi Kurashima replacing Hiroshi Shimizu as the character designer but the other main parts that we cover remain the same.
Now, the official site has updated with the drop of a new promotional video you can see below that also reveals an April 4th, 2021 debut. A new key visual was also revealed as well as Funimation confirming that they’ll be streaming the series for the season whereas Crunchyroll streamed the first.
