The service was then live-streamed on the synagogue’s YouTube channel. That evening, a very different service was unfolding in Delray Beach, Florida, as 25 members of Temple Anshei Shalom excitedly greeted each other before they began their service. They did so with confidence and without fear, knowing that, to attend, they had to provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19.
