A new option for adult beverages is coming to the Fox Cities.
Pour Decisions Wine Company will open in mid-June, according to owner Troy Reissmann. Described as an upscale wine bar that will also serve other cocktails and charcuterie boards, Pour Decisions will take over the former Third Base Bar & Grill space at W7003 Parkview Dr. in Greenville.
Reissmann and his wife Lisa also own the Shinery Moonshine Company at 5120 W. Michaels Dr. in Grand Chute. The Shinery specializes primarily in moonshine and whiskey, but the Reissmanns also have their own brand of wine. The wine has become popular enough for the Reissmanns to pursue a dedicated wine bar.
