Delhi police on Saturday filed a charge sheet against seven accused in the Kanjhawala hit and drag case in Rohini Court invoking the murder section against the four accused.
The other conditions of bail include the accused not tampering with evidence, not leaving Delhi-NCR, joining investigation as and when required and keeping his mobile phone switched on.
Anjali Singh (20) was killed in the early hours of New Year's Day after her scooter was hit by a car, which dragged her for more than 12 kilometres from Sultanpur to Kanjhawala.
