في مثل هذه الايام قبل 7 سنوات أصدر “داعش” ما أسماه بـ”وثيقة المدينة” في الموصل، التي حملت اوامر متشددة وفتحت ابواب الجحيم على السكان. كان ذلك بعد 3 ايام فقط من انتشار التنظيم في المدينة يوم 10 حزيران 2014، وانهيار فرقتين عسكريتين بشكل تراجيدي.
يتذكر السكان في الموصل طوال تلك السنوات ما قاله رئيس الوزراء الاسبق نوري المالكي آنذاك: “سنحرر الموصل خلال 24 ساعة”!.
