LAPEER The process is underway for the search for Lapeer County’s new administrator/controller. Amy Cell of the Ypsilanti-based Amy Cell Talent search firm spoke to the Board of Commissioners Thursday, and the board gave the green light to proceed with the first steps. Cell gave the board a draft job description and timeline that
