i-s-i-l or whatever you want to call it. the military piece of this is going to go back and forth, i suspect, for a very long time because it s undermined by the political factors. you have a shia prime minister who i think wants to do the right thing but is fearful of impoe wurim empowering the sunnis in anbar, and you have an iranian state which has a natural advantage in geaugaography and demagoguery. you have a shia in baghdad that wants to maintain to a shia bridge lidge, so what do you do? how do you build and create a coherent and stable governance

nuclear deal. and so, you know, the sunnies are looking out like what s in it for us? the will to fight, you know, comes for a lot of different reasons. for those of us that served in the military. larger patriotic reason or the mission in front of you or the guy next to you. they have none of that right now. should baghdad have the will to fight with the sunnies? i mean, we are not seeing the sunnies in the arab region and the shia in baghdad. shouldn t how do they get to combined will to fight together? this is part of the challenge. but, again it starts with the political solution. if the sunnies feel deeply undermined in the government, they don t know what s coming next, we now have shia militias that are moving in to the sunni areas because they are needing somebody to be fighting there. and so if we re looking at just a tactical issues only and not looking at the larger strategic what s the end game here? what should president obama do? i mean, how can he get them to f
