VENICE – When Enzymedica CEO Scott Sensenbrenner joined the board of directors for the American Nutrition Association last year, Gilhe quickly decided that he wanted to find a way to bring that knowledge to the Venice-based digestive health and wellness company.
“I thought I could bring a lot of these great minds to help us authenticate and help us not just in product development but in raising consumer awareness of the benefits of nature,” Sensenbrenner said.
That led to the establishment of a new scientific advisory board that has Sensenbrenner, in some ways, more excited than the recent launch of several immunity boosting supplements, as immunity support has become more of a nationwide concern because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
